Baghdad Head of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri Al-Maliki, confirmed that the scenario of Adel Abdul-Mahdi with Muhammad al-Sudani will not be allowed to be repeated, noting: “The Iraqi interest is more important than the satisfaction of others.”

Al-Maliki said in a televised statement: “We will not allow and will not accept the repetition of the scenario of Adel Abdul-Mahdi with the government of Muhammad Al-Sudani for the return of protests.”

He added, “Good relations must be built with all countries in accordance with common interests, and not to interfere in Iraqi affairs.”
