Baghdad: Leader of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, has expressed his congratulations to the Islamic Republic of Iran for its perceived victory over what he termed as the “Zionist entity.” Al-Maliki’s statement comes in the aftermath of aggressive actions taken by the Zionist forces against Iran, which he claims were met with a resolute response.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Maliki remarked on the unprovoked aggression by the Zionist entity against Iran, highlighting Iran’s steadfastness in the face of confrontation as a historic stand. He described the situation as a rare epic, noting the significant nature of Iran’s response.

Al-Maliki further explained that the swift and unanticipated reaction from the Zionist entity to the ceasefire underscored the impact and precision of Iranian strikes, which reached deep within the opposing entity. He asserted that Iran’s actions marked an unparalleled victory over what he referred to as a “machine of destruction and conspiracy,” leading some allies of the entity to reconsider their positions and support.

He concluded by stating that the notion of a Greater Israel has been dismantled under the enduring resistance of Iranian, Lebanese, and Palestinian awareness. Al-Maliki urged continued vigilance and opposition to the Zionist project through political, popular, international, and military efforts.
