Baghdad:Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, highlighted the importance of leveraging Total Energies’ successful projects to advance oil field development in Iraq.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Mandalawi’s media office reported that he met with Dania Al-Chalabi, the head of Total Energies in Iraq, and her delegation to explore opportunities for enhanced cooperation and investment in the energy sector.

Al-Mandalawi reviewed the progress of projects currently underway by Total Energies in Iraq and emphasized the significance of utilizing the company’s successful project experiences. The aim is to develop oil fields, utilize associated gas, and expand solar power plant construction throughout Iraq, thereby boosting production capacity, diversifying energy sources, and supporting sustainable development.
