Al-Mandalawi: Had it not been for the Religious Authority’s fatwa on sufficient jihad, the fate of the Iraqis would have been as painful as the massacre of Speicher

The First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, affirmed that had it not been for the fatwa of the supreme Religious Authority in the honorable Najaf regarding the sufficient jihad, the fate of the Iraqis would have been as painful as the tragedy of the Speicher massacre.

Al-Mandoulay said, in a tweet on Twitter, that: “We can say categorically, had it not been for the fatwa of the blessed supreme Religious Authority in Najaf with sufficient jihad, the fate of the Iraqis would have been as painful as the catastrophe that occurred in the painful massacre of Speicher, whose memory we live today.”

He added, “The terrorist enemy possessed enough brutality to annihilate everything, but the blessed fatwa came to rein in extremism and brutality, and then the establishment of the popular crowd, which supplied the battlefields with hundreds of thousands of heroic fighters who turned defeat into victory.”
