Baghdad: Speaker of Parliament Mahmoud al-Mashhadani offered his condolences to President Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid on the death of his brother, Shahmal Jamal Rashid.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from Parliament expressed that Al-Mashhadani extends his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, asking Almighty God to have mercy on the deceased and grant his family and loved ones patience and solace.
