Baghdad: Speaker of the House of Representatives Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani has emphasized the necessity of concluding the security agreement file with the United States by the end of 2025 during a meeting with the US Ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romanowski. This discussion was part of a broader dialogue aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Mashhadani’s meeting with Romanowski also included congratulations from the ambassador on his recent appointment as Speaker of the House of Representatives.
