Erbil: Al-Minaa FC concluded its friendly matches with a 2-2 draw against Diyala FC, during its training camp in Erbil before returning to Basra.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Ayman Luay was the standout performer for Al-Minaa, scoring both goals after being introduced as a substitute in the second half. The match against Diyala FC marked the end of Al-Minaa's fourth friendly fixture, providing the coaching staff, led by Hussein Abdul Wahid, with valuable insights into the team's form and readiness ahead of the upcoming Iraqi Premier League season.
Throughout the training camp, Al-Minaa faced a mixed set of results. They lost their opening match against Mosul with a scoreline of 2-0, but quickly bounced back by securing a 3-1 victory over Naft Maysan in their second game. In their third match, they held Al-Naft to a 1-1 draw, culminating in the 2-2 stalemate against Diyala in their final outing.
