Baghdad: Al-Rusafa police have successfully apprehended a suspect involved in a shooting during a fight, which resulted in one person being injured. The arrest was confirmed by the Baghdad Rusafa Police Command.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrest operation was executed by teams from the Al-Sumoud Police Station, along with emergency patrols and ground forces. Following an in-depth investigation and intelligence gathering, the teams managed to identify and detain the suspect.

The police statement revealed that two pistols were confiscated from the suspect during the arrest. The individual is currently in custody, and legal procedures are underway to address the incident.
