Al-Sadr disavows those who claim that they did not work according to the fatwas and method of his father

Baghdad The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, declared his innocence of those who claim that they did not act according to the fatwas and method of his father, Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq al-Sadr.

Al-Sadr tweeted: “I am Muqtada bin Al-Sayed Muhammad bin Al-Sayed Muhammad Sadiq Al-Sadr, an Iraqi Muslim, I am a Twelver. I am not infallible, but a student of knowledge in the honorable scholarly seminary, with great regret, he prevented me from completing a lesson in the affairs of the country and the people.

He added: “I act according to the fatwas and the approach of my father (may his secret sanctify) as much as possible, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong in appropriate and not repulsive ways. Anyone who claims otherwise is a liar, and I am innocent of him before God, His Messenger and his family, may God’s prayers be upon them all and in front of all people.”
