Tripoli:Iraq’s Chargé d’Affaires to Libya, Ahmed al-Sahhaf, announced the repatriation of six Iraqi citizens who had entered Libya illegally.

According to Iraqi News Agency, al-Sahhaf stated that the Iraqi Embassy in Libya successfully organized the return of these individuals. The embassy provided healthcare and other support services, working in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Regional Government to ensure their voluntary return to their families.

Al-Sahhaf emphasized the embassy’s role in ensuring the well-being of the migrants and facilitating their safe journey back to Iraq.
