According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Samarrai informed the Australian ambassador about the plans for implementing the law designating Samarra as the capital of Iraq for Islamic civilization. Al-Samarrai, who leads the committee responsible for this initiative, highlighted the project’s potential impact.
