Baghdad: The head of the Al-Azm Alliance, Muthanna al-Samarrai, received the Australian Ambassador to Iraq, Glenn Miles, on Monday. During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Al-Azm Alliance's media office stated in a press release: "The meeting also addressed developments in the region and their impact on Iraq, emphasizing the importance of supporting stability and enhancing international cooperation in a way that expands the horizons of partnership between the two countries and serves their common interests."
