Baghdad: The head of Azm Alliance, Muthanna Al-Samarrai, engaged in discussions with a delegation from the Iraqi Fiqh Council of Senior Scholars focusing on enhancing unity and stability within Iraqi society.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the media office of Azm Alliance released a statement indicating that Al-Samarrai hosted a high-ranking delegation from the Iraqi Fiqh Council of Senior Scholars at his office in Baghdad. The meeting addressed significant political and security issues affecting Iraq and the region, including the Zionist aggression on Gaza and Lebanon and initiatives supporting the Palestinian cause.

Al-Samarrai commended the pivotal role of the Fiqh council as the authoritative institution for the Sunnis of Iraq, led by Grand Scholar Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Hassan Al-Taha. Both parties emphasized the importance of adhering to balanced jurisprudential positions and legislative contributions from the Jurisprudence Council of Senior Scholars, which are crucial for fostering unity and stab
