Baghdad: The Head of the Azm Alliance, Muthanna al-Samarrai, met with an Iranian delegation today in Baghdad to discuss strengthening bilateral relations between Iraq and Iran. The meeting was attended by the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister, Khatibzadeh, the Iranian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadiq, and other officials.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, discussions centered on enhancing cooperation on mutual interests to support regional stability. Al-Samarrai emphasized the importance of expanding communication between the two nations' institutions in various fields, aiming to bolster security and stability while opening new avenues for future collaboration.
