Al-Sarraj to / NINA /: Al-Sudani’s decisions stem from his experience and analysis of the faults in state institutions

Baghdad The Head of the Iraqi Center for Media Development, Adnan Al-Sarraj, confirmed that the decision of Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Sudani, which was taken yesterday in the Council of Ministers, to cancel the previous government’s ministerial and ministerial orders and the decisions to replace officials and leaders stems from his experience and analysis of the faults in state institutions.

Al-Sarraj said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: “All of Al-Sawadni’s movements came within the law, the constitution and the mechanisms that the administrative and professional duty necessitates, given that he wants to organize financial, economic, administrative and security matters and restore the prestige of the state through the application of the law and the constitution.”

He explained that Al-Sudani has the necessary experience to walk towards safety, and his decisions are not hasty, emotional or motivated by the political blocs.

He pointed out that consulting the political blocs, especially the Sunnis and the Kurds, before making decisions does not work, because Al-Sudani is working on the integration of the state and take decisions that are in the interest of the country and put the right man in the right place.

Al-Sarraj pointed out that Parliament cannot oppose the decisions of the Federal Court regarding the implementation of its recent decisions, noting that on the other hand it is possible to return the officials who were dismissed, whose performance was good, after adjusting their legal status.
