A statement by the Ministry of Interior stated that the Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Security Committee for the Arab Summit, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, chaired an expanded meeting on Tuesday that included undersecretaries of the Ministry and a number of commanders and officers, to review the final touches of security plans and procedures for the upcoming Arab Summit in the capital, Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the meeting, a comprehensive discussion took place regarding coordination between the various security formations to ensure the highest levels of protection and organization, reflecting a positive image of Iraq.
