Damascus: Syrian media reported on Tuesday that Syrian President for the Transitional Period, Ahmed al-Shara'a, will visit the Russian capital, Moscow, tomorrow, Wednesday.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Syria TV quoted sources on Tuesday evening that al-Shara'a "will visit Russia tomorrow, Wednesday." Al-Shara'a emphasized the significance of the relationship between Syria and Russia, noting on September 12 that the two nations share close, inherited ties that must be preserved. He highlighted that "Russia is an important country in the world and a member of the Security Council."
