Basra: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani chaired a meeting at the Basra Governorate Diwan to follow up on measures to address the water scarcity problem in the governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting was focused on evaluating current strategies and implementing new solutions to mitigate water scarcity issues affecting the region. The discussions aimed at ensuring sustainable water resources for the residents of Basra.
