Munich: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani emphasized the government’s commitment to collaborate with reputable international companies.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s media office reported that al-Sudani met with Stefan Thomme, the Executive Vice President of Airbus Helicopters, at his residence in Munich. The discussions focused on enhancing joint cooperation in training, maintenance, and modernization of the air fleet. This is part of a bilateral agreement to supply Iraq with combat helicopters, with an emphasis on expediting the implementation of the contract terms.

Al-Sudani reiterated the government’s dedication to providing necessary facilities to create a conducive environment for international companies to operate in Iraq.
