Al-Sudani Affirms Iraq’s Keenness to Cooperate and Benefit From the Work and Expertise of South Korean Companies


Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has affirmed Iraq’s keenness to cooperate with and benefit from the work and expertise of South Korean companies operating throughout the country. This statement came during his meeting with the South Korean Ambassador to Iraq, Lee Joon-il.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Sudani emphasized the importance of developing bilateral relations and enhancing joint efforts to expand cooperation in various fields. These efforts are particularly focused on the investment, energy, education, and technology sectors, aiming to leverage South Korea’s expertise for Iraq’s development.



The South Korean Ambassador expressed his country’s desire to reinforce relations between the two nations. He affirmed South Korea’s commitment to supporting development and stability efforts in Iraq, highlighting the mutual benefits of strengthened bilateral ties.
