Baghdad: The head of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, met with the head of the Fatah Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri, to discuss the latest internal developments and regional events.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from al-Sudani’s office revealed that both leaders emphasized the importance of continued coordination and understanding among political forces. They highlighted the need to unify efforts to support the country’s stability and safeguard the interests of the Iraqi people.

The discussions also stressed the necessity of prioritizing dialogue and de-escalation to address existing challenges. Both leaders expressed support for all endeavors that contribute to strengthening security and stability in Iraq and the region, as outlined in the statement.
