Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani and Parliament Speaker Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani stressed the need for joint action to ensure the success of the Arab and Economic Development Summits.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office indicated that Al-Sudani received Al-Mashhadani, along with a group of leaders from political forces, to brief them on the preparations and arrangements for the upcoming Arab Summit. The meeting emphasized the significance of Baghdad hosting these events and the necessity of collaborative efforts to guarantee their success.

The discussion underlined Iraq’s crucial and active role in Arab and regional forums, viewing the summits as an opportunity to enhance relations that contribute to development, progress, and prosperity.
