Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani emphasized that “The new Iraq will not accept being subservient to anyone.”
According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Sudani declared Iraq’s strength and stability, highlighting its revitalized role in leading the Arab world. He stated Iraq’s preference to act as a bridge for dialogue in the region, rather than a battleground for conflicts. Al-Sudani noted the facilitation of diplomatic sessions between countries such as Saudi Arabia and Iran, Jordan and Tehran, and Egypt and Iran, underscoring Iraq’s commitment to fostering dialogue over discord.
