Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani discussed with the Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund in Iraq, Ghazi Shbeikat, the importance of the financial and administrative reforms adopted by the government.

A statement by his media office stated that Al-Sudani met with Shbeikat today, Thursday, and during the meeting they discussed Iraq’s relationship with the International Monetary Fund, and cooperation in the field of supporting financial policies and plans, in a way that contributes to achieving the stability of the Iraqi economy.

According to the statement, the meeting witnessed a discussion of the importance of the financial and administrative reforms adopted by the government, and supporting its efforts to combat corruption.
