Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has underscored the critical role played by the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) in strengthening national media and bringing community issues to the forefront.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s Office released a statement following a meeting between Al-Sudani and Thaer Hattit Al-Ghanmi, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the IMN. The discussion focused on the achievements of the Board since its leadership change and the responsibilities undertaken by its members.
Al-Sudani highlighted the necessity for the Board of Trustees to work collaboratively with the presidency of the network and its various formations, ensuring that their efforts align with professional standards. He emphasized the need for the network to not only highlight community issues but also to showcase government activities effectively.
