Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani emphasized the importance of unifying national efforts and prioritizing Iraq’s best interests. A statement by his media office indicated that “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received members of Parliament from the National Wisdom Movement bloc today, Thursday.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the meeting, they discussed developments and current events in the country, stressing the need to unify the efforts of national forces to strengthen stability and sustain economic and developmental progress through legislation that serves citizens and achieves social justice.

They also emphasized the importance of working and coordinating with a shared vision that meets the aspirations of the Iraqi people and prioritizes the country’s best interests, in order to develop the process of reconstruction and development and implement the priorities of the next phase.
