Baghdad: Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani stressed the importance of the vital role doctors play in serving society.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Prime Minister’s Media Office stated that Al-Sudani received the President of the Dentists Syndicate, Arkan Muslim. The meeting focused on evaluating the health sector and exploring ways to support and develop it, which aims to positively impact the services provided to citizens. This initiative aligns with the government’s recent decisions to enhance the health system.

The government’s actions include hosting the President of the Dentists Syndicate in the Council of Ministers and discussing a paper submitted by the Syndicate. These discussions led to the adoption of necessary measures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of doctors’ work and addressing their needs.

Al-Sudani emphasized the need to provide doctors with full support, enabling them to fulfill their humanitarian and professional duties effectively.
