Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has inaugurated an electrical transformer station in southern Old Karbala via videoconference. The inauguration also included a number of power lines, projects aimed at relieving bottlenecks in the electrical grid, and prefabricated distribution stations in the governorate.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, these initiatives are part of ongoing efforts to enhance the electrical infrastructure in the region. The projects are expected to improve the stability and efficiency of the power supply, addressing longstanding issues in the area’s electrical grid.
