Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has instructed the Civil Aviation Authority and the Governor of Nineveh to choose a specialized and reputable company to manage the operations of Mosul International Airport.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the directive came during a meeting between Al-Sudani and the Governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir Ahmed Dakhil, where they discussed the province's general situation and the progress of service and strategic projects, including the airport.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the chosen company should operate the airport in line with international standards. The statement from Al-Sudani's media office further highlighted the importance of completing significant development projects in the province, ensuring adherence to specified specifications and timelines.
