Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani reviewed before the Council of Ministers his participation in the Sharm el-Sheikh Summit on Gaza. Presiding over the 41st session of the Council on Tuesday, Al-Sudani said: "We affirmed Iraq's firm and principled position in support of the Palestinian people and their just demands based on the historical right to land and identity."

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister's participation in the summit highlighted Iraq's continued commitment to backing the Palestinian cause. Al-Sudani emphasized the importance of solidarity with the Palestinian people and reiterated Iraq's support for their rights and demands.
