Baghdad, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani made a surprise inspection visit to Al-Kadhimiya Teaching Hospital in Baghdad this evening.

According to a statement by his office, Al-Sudani was briefed on the hospital’s halls, the reality of the services provided therein, and the level of abundance of medicines and medical supplies.

The Prime Minister was briefed on the shift schedule for working medical and health cadres, and met with those present among them. He also directed the punishment of absentees and those who evaded duty, and to hold accountable those who were negligent and those responsible for not reaching the required service for citizens.
