In a speech during the opening of the activities of the 16-day campaign conference to combat violence against women, which is being held by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the United Nations Mission in Iraq, he said: Equity for Iraqi women is the safety valve for the advancement of society, and our position was clear in ensuring their representation in Parliament.

Al-Sudani added “we find women in the field of combating corruption as the first moral deterrent and supportive of national plans, and they are the important joint in everything we seek to achieve within the national strategy for family and childhood care.
