Ankara: The Turkish-Iraqi Institutional Coordination Group held its first meeting, chaired by Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Nuh Yilmaz, in the capital, Ankara.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Turkish Foreign Ministry via its XN account indicated, “Deputy Foreign Minister Nuh Yilmaz chaired the first meeting of the Coordination Group, which was established to address multidimensional bilateral relations within an institutional, sustainable framework and with a strategic vision.”

During the meeting, discussions focused on ways to enhance cooperation between Turkey and Iraq within an institutional, sustainable framework and with a strategic vision.
