Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed today that “the three European countries (Germany, France, and Britain) have effectively lost their status as participants in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action through their actions and statements.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araghchi emphasized the three countries’ political and material support for the recent military actions by Israel and the United States. He noted that this support constitutes a violation of the fundamental principles of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and highlighted their continued failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement.

Araghchi further declared any efforts by these countries to revive the revoked Security Council resolutions as null and void. He asserted that Iran has shown its ability to counter any aggression based on misconceptions while remaining open to engaging in purposeful diplomacy founded on good faith.
