Army Units Deployed in Kirkuk Ahead of Preliminary Election Results


Kirkuk: Army units have been deployed in the streets and roads of Kirkuk as the preliminary election results are expected to be announced. Lieutenant General Saleh Harz, commander of Kirkuk Operations, confirmed the deployment of military units to ensure security and prevent any disruptions that could impact the stability of the province.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, Lieutenant General Harz emphasized the importance of maintaining order during this critical period. The presence of the army is intended to provide a sense of security to residents and deter any potential disturbances that may arise with the announcement of the election results.
