Baghdad: Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Farhad Atroshi on Monday congratulated the Islamic nation and the Iraqi people on the blessed anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth, affirming that efforts within the legislative institution would continue to advance the reform process, consolidate the foundations of a state governed by law and justice, and combat corruption in all its forms.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Deputy Speaker Farhad Amin Atroshi, in a statement conveyed by his media office, expressed his heartfelt congratulations on this sacred occasion. He stated, “On the blessed anniversary of the Prophet’s birth, we extend our congratulations to the Islamic nation and our dear people, asking Almighty God to bring this blessed occasion back to us all with goodness, prosperity and lasting joy.”

He further emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity, drawing inspiration from the life of the Prophet Muhammad. Highlighting the critical stage of Iraq’s journey, Atroshi called for concerted efforts and sincere cooperation among various political and national forces to tackle economic and social challenges.
