Baghdad: The local government of Babil has announced an agreement with a delegation from Toyota Japan to open a new branch in the province of Hillah, alongside the establishment of a Japanese-style public garden as a corporate gift.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Babil Governor Adnan Al-Fayhan stated in a press release that the agreement was reached during a meeting attended by local government representatives, Hilla’s Mayor Ahmed Montaser, and the Toyota delegation. The discussions culminated in a mutual understanding to inaugurate a new branch of Toyota and to develop a public garden.

Governor Al-Fayhan emphasized that the project is expected to create employment opportunities for young people in the region and stimulate economic activity. He noted that the initiative will be a significant addition to the province of Babil.
