BAGHDAD: Babylon Council member Mona Al-Moussawi was involved in a traffic accident today on the Hilla-Baghdad road. The incident resulted in Al-Moussawi being transported to a local hospital, and an investigation has been initiated to ascertain the circumstances of the accident. According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Zaher Muhammad, the Babylon Traffic Media Director, confirmed that the vehicle driven by Al-Moussawi overturned on the Hilla-Baghdad road. Following the accident, Al-Moussawi was taken to Hilla Surgical Hospital for medical evaluation and treatment. The police have opened an investigation to determine the factors contributing to the accident. Authorities have yet to release further information regarding the condition of Al-Moussawi or the potential causes of the vehicle overturning.
