Babylon Police Arrest Foreigner Holding Forged Passport Wanted by Intelligence Service in Violators Smuggling Case


Baghdad: The Hilla-Najaf checkpoints affiliated with the Babylon Governorate Police Command arrested a foreign national in his possession of a forged passport bearing a fictitious name.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the detained individual is wanted by the National Intelligence Service on charges of engaging in smuggling residency violators using forged documents bearing fictitious names.



By the Director of Media for the Babylon Police, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, said, “The accused has been handed over to the competent authority to take the necessary legal action against him in accordance with established procedures.”
