Baghdad: Baghdad Operations Command forces arrested 71 violators on various charges, including 44 foreigners, for violating the terms and conditions of the Residency and Citizenship Department. The Command stated in a statement that, over the course of 24 hours, Baghdad Operations Command forces continued their security operations to search and inspect areas, review foreign labor files, and execute judicial arrest warrants in a number of areas on the Rusafa side.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, these operations resulted in the arrest of 71 violators, including 11 defendants accused of various legal offenses, and 44 foreigners in violation of the terms and conditions of the Residency and Citizenship Department. The Command also seized a number of unlicensed weapons and ammunition, in addition to various military equipment.

The Command clarified that the arrests were carried out by the formations of the First Federal Police Division and the Rusafa Police, with the support of the intelligence agencies and agencies attached to them, to enhance security and stability and preserve the security achievements achieved.
