Baghdad: Baghdad Operations Command forces launched a security campaign in the Fadhiliya and Al-Bawiya areas, east of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command stated in a statement that to pursue outlaws and raid unlicensed weapons dens, the Baghdad Operations Command has embarked on large-scale security operations to conduct searches and inspections, review foreign labor files, and execute arrest warrants in the Fadhiliya and Al-Bawiya areas, east of the capital.

The Command explained that this comes through the formations of the 1st and 5th Federal Police Divisions and the Rusafa Police Command, with support from their affiliated intelligence agencies, to enhance security and stability and preserve the security achievements.
