Baghdad: The General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force revealed that its air defense systems effectively intercepted and neutralized multiple Iranian aerial assaults aimed at the Kingdom on Saturday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported targeting the US Navy’s fueling pier in Kuwait’s Ahmadi port and a US warplane base at Bahrain’s Sheikh Isa Air Base. Additionally, the IRGC claimed responsibility for destroying a US military intelligence data center in Bahrain, as per reports from Iranian media.

The IRGC also declared an attack on the US support center at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait, leading to casualties among stationed troops, marking the 18th wave of Operation Nasr 2. It further targeted the radar at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait using drones. The IRGC warned, “Countries hosting US forces and allowing their territory to be used for aggression against Iran should prepare to receive a response.”

In response, the Kuwaiti Army announced its air defenses were actively engaging a new wave of hostile missile and drone attacks following the Iranian offensive. The Iranian army confirmed an attack on a US forces ammunition depot at Camp Al-Udayri in Kuwait with drones. It also reported targeting command buildings and ammunition depots at Ali Al-Salem Air Base and several essential bridges in Kuwait. Furthermore, the Iranian forces confirmed an attack on US forces’ fuel tanks at Al-Azraq Air Base in Jordan.
