Bahrain lose 0-1 to Yemen in West Asia Youth Championship

Baghdad, Bahrain today lost 0-1 to Yemen in the second West Asia Youth Football Championship, being held in Iraq.

 

Yemen scored the only goal through a penalty kick 9 minutes into the first half  of the match, which was held at Basra International Stadium. .

 

The national squad has so far collected four points from one win, one draw and two defeats in Group A, which includes also Iraq, Palestine, Yemen, and Kuwait.

 

The national coach Adel Al Nuaimi lined up Mohammed Arhama (goalkeeper), Ramzi Abdulla, Sayyed Mahmoud Al Mousawi, Talal Sami, Abdulla Al Khalasi, Saad Abdulla, Hasem Luai, Mahmoud Al Bannai, Mubarak Mohammed, Mustapha Dadallah and Sayyed Jassim Majid.
