Bahrain’s Coach Describes The Match Against Iraq As Difficult

Manama: Bahrain's national football team coach, Dragan, described his team's match against Iraq tomorrow as a difficult one. Dragan emphasized the challenge his team faces in the upcoming game, highlighting the significance of the encounter.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dragan stated in the pre-match press conference, "Our main goal is to reach the Arab Cup final." He acknowledged the importance of the match for Iraq, who also have a crucial World Cup playoff ahead, and extended his wishes for their success in qualifying.

Dragan remarked on the transformations in the Iraqi team since the Gulf Cup, expressing respect for their progress. However, he expressed confidence in Bahrain's capabilities, asserting that the Iraqi team will see the strength of Bahrain in the match.

He further explained that all groups in the competition pose challenges, and each match presents unique difficulties. Dragan reiterated Bahrain's ambition to reach the final and outlined the team's focused planning to achieve that goal.
