Baghdad The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, confirmed that the next stage is the stage of constitutional amendments.

Salih said, in televised statements today, Saturday, “in response to the October movement and the political and social forces, we formed in the Presidency of the Republic a large committee of constitutional scholars, and we presented a comprehensive paper on many items that need to be amended, and the new House of Representatives is concerned with following up the issue.”
