Basra: Basra heavy and medium crude oil prices rose on Wednesday, with the rise in global oil prices. The price of Basra heavy crude rose 57 cents, or 0.93%, to reach $61.60. The price of medium crude also rose 57 cents, or 0.89%, to reach $64.75.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, oil prices rose on global markets this morning, amid expectations of a faltering nuclear negotiations between Iran and the United States and Israel’s readiness to strike Iran. Brent crude rose to $66.04, while US crude rose 16 cents to $62.56.
