Basra: Basra Heavy and Medium crude oil recorded weekly losses, coinciding with the decline in oil prices in global markets. Basra Heavy crude closed in the last trading session, Friday, down $1.90, reaching $60.37, recording a weekly loss of 21 cents, or 0.35%.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Basra Medium crude oil also closed with a similar decline of $1.90, reaching $63.53, recording a weekly loss of 21 cents, or 0.33%. Oil prices fell at the end of Friday's volatile trading session, as traders assessed mixed signals regarding the fate of the trade talks between the United States and China.
