Basra: The Basra Operations Command announced that its specialized engineering unit will conduct a controlled detonation of unexploded ordnance tomorrow, Thursday, in the Shalamja area.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command’s media office stated in a press release that the engineering unit will carry out the detonation between 7:00 and 10:00 AM. The operation will be conducted in accordance with established technical procedures and ongoing disposal duties, under the full supervision of specialized detachments.
