Basra: Basra Police arrested a number of suspects wanted for various crimes.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Basra Police Command stated, “Our detachments were able to arrest a number of individuals wanted for crimes, including theft, threats, fraud, and rape, in addition to violations of weapons laws, municipal revenues, and theft.”

The statement added: “Legal measures were taken against all suspects and they were referred to the competent judicial authorities.”
