Shatt al-arab: Border forces arrested two individuals accused of smuggling drugs in Shatt al-Arab and seized 3 kg of narcotics.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Border Forces Command stated in a press release: "Detachments from the Coastal Border Brigade thwarted a smuggling attempt in Shatt al-Arab after detecting it using thermal cameras. Two suspects were arrested, and a bag containing (3) kg of narcotics was seized."

The statement added: "The suspects were referred to the relevant authorities to complete the investigations."
